2.1 When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
2.3 A legally binding contract between you and APACS (UK) Ltd is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment authorisation failure.

Shuttlecock Orders
Delivery is included within the advertised price of shuttlecocks unless otherwise stated.
9.2 Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timescales stated on our website; however, delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
9.3 Delivery Address
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
9.4 Delivery Delays
We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, courier delays, industrial action, or force majeure events.
9.5 Transfer of Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided.
Ownership of the goods transfers only when full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.
10. Consumer Right to Cancel
10.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
10.2 Exercising Your Cancellation Right
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email or post before the cancellation period expires.
10.3 Returning Goods
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- You are responsible for return postage costs.
- Goods must be returned without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
- Goods should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.
10.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:
- Receiving the returned goods; or
- Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
10.5 Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons where the seal has been broken.
- Any products exempt under applicable consumer legislation.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
11.1 If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11.2 Please contact us promptly upon discovering any issue with your order.

12. Our Right to Cancel

- Payment cannot be authorised.
- There has been a pricing or product description error.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
- Delivery to the requested location is unavailable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued as soon as reasonably practicable.

- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, APACS (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses;
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity;
- Loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
13.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to those rights, our total liability for losses arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods concerned.

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and import restrictions applicable in their jurisdiction.
